Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Estrid products, but if something isn't right, you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used razor blades or opened body care products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a return label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
